What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept cash and EFT payments.

Do you service residential customer as well?

Although we service many commercial clients we also take care of residential customers as well, at a price equal too or less than other companies! What do I need to do if I have pets?

You will need to have your pets safely locked away to avoid any injury or mishap. You will also need to have the area being serviced clean of any animal excrement. Any mess that we need to clean up will be charged to the customer.

What preparation should I do before you arrive?

Make sure there is full access to all serviced areas of your yard, unlock gates, have pets safely secured and have payment ready prior to arrival. Clear any debris (rocks, dog bones etc) from the area.

Do you work in extreme heat or rain?

We usually reschedule jobs when temperatures reach above 37C for the safety and wellbeing of our employees. We may also reschedule jobs when rain is forecast for the safety and well being or our employees and so the job can be carried out to the best of our ability.

What equipment do you use?

We use well maintained and the most up to date and efficient gardening equipment available, helping reduce emissions in your yard.

What does Adelaide Gardening Group do to help the environment?

We run a zero waste office and offset the CO2 our vehicles emit by purchasing carbon offsets which finances the plantation of trees which generate reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.
